Landed Gear Warranty

Our products are proudly made in the USA and we warranty our products to be free of defects in material or  workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us by emailing info@landedgear.com with as much detail as possible along with photos so we can expedite a response.

Any product that is covered by this warranty and that is found in the reasonable judgment of Landed Gear, Inc. to be defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at Landed Gear’s option. All covered repairs or replacements will be made at no charge during the warranty period and within a reasonable period of time.

This warranty does NOT cover

Any liability or warranty for mistakes in installation, normal wear and tear, etc.

The warranty of third party products sold by Landed Gear or on Landed Gear’s website are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Customers should contact those companies directly for any warranty issues.

We warranty for 60 days against rust, we do everything we can to mitigate rust with powder coating and stainless steel hardware, outside of that 60-day window any replacements or repairs will be at Landed Gear’s discretion.

Products used for commercial or rental purposes; normal wear and tear, including punctures, cuts and abrasions sustained in normal use; damage caused by accident, neglect, or misuse; damage caused by improper storage maintenance, or handling; damage caused by extreme weather or environmental conditions; products that have been structurally altered or modified; damage caused while the product is in possession of a freight carrier or party other than Landed Gear; cosmetic wear, abrasion, or damage caused by excessive UV exposure; and products determined to have been used for any use other than the use that is intended as a spare tire mount.
