Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns for reasons outside of manufacturing are at the sole discretion of Landed Gear. In the event a return is authorized, packaging, insurance and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. All refunds will he processed once the product is received back at the Landed Gear offices in like new condition and free from damage. Please email info@landedgear.com for a return authorization before shipping.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@landedgear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Restocking Fee
When an order is canceled, Landed Gear is not able to recover the credit card processing fees on that transaction. Therefore, orders canceled are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Orders not yet packaged up for shipping are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. This fee is not refundable and is what we are charged when someone cancels an order. 

Shipping Policy

For shipping within the United States we offer a flat rate of $25 shipping for the tire mounts only and Sumo Springs if purchased together as they ship within the same package.

All other items, shipping costs are calculated at the going rate based on weight upon checkout.

Shipping to Canada covers freight only and we do not collect any customs, duties or taxes, as those fees are collected locally and so therefore are not included in the total price paid.

Stolen or lost packages that have been marked delivered or signed for are not the responsibility of Landed Gear. Landed Gear will do it best efforts to work with the customer to locate the packages.
