The Landed Gear Spare Tire Mount  allows you to locate a spare tire on the left rear door (Driver's side USA) and is specifically designed for the Ram Promaster vehicles such as the Winnebago Travato, Winnebago Solis and other Ram Promaster Class B's or conversions.  A large footprint of four (4) attachment points creates a rigid mount for a spare tire, while allowing the rear doors to still fully function and distribute the load equally.  Other hitch or bumper mount attachments may require the mount to be swung out of the way before the door can be opened.  Requires 4 holes to be drilled in the door sheet metal.  Laser-cut, steel construction, TIG welded in San Diego, CA.  Mounting pads are made of hard and soft urethanes to sandwich the mount to the door sheet metal.   Assembly  weighs 18 lbs, not including wheel/tire.  Set includes one wheel lock/key (as of 7/1/23) and 2 M16-1.5 lug bolts.   Two alignment pins allow resting the wheel on the mount to allow lug bolt attachment.  One door check strap and 2 stiffener brackets included.

Relocation kit to mount your license plate is included.

If you have any Promaster with the Parksense sensors, we now offer the lifted mount to evade the sensors. That option is the second one in the drop-down menu.  This works just fine with non-sensor bumpers too, if you wish to mount the license plate low to keep from blocking any of the rear window.

***We now have an installation video which can be found on our FAQ page here: https://landedgear.com/pages/faq
